Weeks before my 30th birthday I was terrified

  How quickly will I start seeing results?
Amost immediately! After just 1 week the average weight loss is 1.5kg. Within 2 weeks you will feel your energy and fitness levels increase. Within 4 weeks your friends and family will notice the difference in you!
  What if I have food intolerances?
There is such a huge range of protein, good fat and vegetables to choose from that most food intolerances can be dealt with by leaving out the problem food without any effect on your weight loss progress. 
  What type of eating program is this?
This program is a realistic, sustainable and maintainable program based on moderate amounts of protein, good fats and carbohydrates and is appropriate for most people. This program is not suitable for vegans.
  Do I have to buy supplements?
No you don’t. I believe in having your nutritional requirements met through nutritious food. You may use whatever supplements your doctor has prescribed to you without a problem. The only supplement that can come in handy but is by no means necessary, is protein powder. Whey protein isolate can be used to boost protein in your smoothies, oatmeal and yoghurt. And it makes an easy snack when you’re low on other options.
  What if I need help during the program?
You will have access to all the support you could possibly need and you are encouraged to use it! You will see me in class, talk to me on the phone once a week, participate in group support meetings and receive support from your co-challengers in the Facebook Body Transform group.
  Can I do this if I’m completely unfit or have injuries?
Our classes are designed to get your body into ‘afterburn’; a state where you not only burn loads of calories during the session, but for hours after. Each and every drill in our classes is scaleable and modifiable for every fitness, and ability level and we can cater for injuries too. We have boxing classes and weights based classes - the variety is important to avoid you plateauing out with your progress.
  Can I drink alcohol?
Yes you can, however you will be limited to no more than 2 standard drinks for women per week and 3 for men. You can have them all on one day or spread them throughout your week. Drinking more alcohol than this will make it really hard for you to lose weight. 
  Can I eat my favourite food?
The food you’ll eat is just regular ordinary food from the market or supermarket. The focus is on cooking meals from scratch from fresh, natural ingredients. You can indulge in your favourite ‘sometimes’ food at your weekly cheat meal. Indulging more often than this makes it hard to break bad habits, sugar addiction and will slow down your progress. ‘Sometimes’ foods include pizza and fast food, restaurant dinners, cakes, biscuits, pastries, lollies, biscuits etc...
  Will my family be able to eat the food?
Absolutely. The food is ordinary family friendly food that even the pickiest kids will eat. Your family will simply eat larger portions.
